What there is
HMI describes the Jubilee as a family festival with over 100 craft and community booths, food and drinks, live music, games for kids, and downtown’s own restaurants and shops. The 2026 edition had:
- artisan vendors, food trucks, pumpkins, magic acts and dancers
- chainsaw carving by Chainsaw Carving by Paul, back for 2026, in the lot between the ARTfactory and Sinistral Brewing, with an auction of the carvings
- a kids’ area in the water tower lot on West Street, with Steve Gryb, “The Pied Piper of Percussion,” from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Two stages (2026 lineup)
Center Street Stage: The Runaways / Bach to Rock (Bristow), Nikki Franklyn, SERREBREM and Brookhouse, from 10:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Harris Pavilion Stage, 9201 Center St.: Showcase Dance Studio, Spotlight Dance Company, Suburban Gypsies, magician Josiah Emery, Manassas Youth Ballet, Alma y Folklore, El Charro RVA and the Bull Run Cloggers, from 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
HMI posts each year’s stage schedule on its Jubilee page in the run-up.
Road closures and parking
HMI did not post a road closure or parking map on its 2026 Jubilee page. For HMI’s other big downtown festival, the June Railway Festival, its map closed roads by the depot and the Harris Pavilion, Water Tower, Train Depot and Candy Factory lots from 3 a.m. to 6 p.m., and kept the downtown parking garage open; the map’s key says the garage is free on weekends. Check HMI’s Jubilee page and Facebook for the 2027 plan.
